Job Title: Loan Officer - Financial Specialist

Job Description:
JTX Mortgage Group's Loan Officers (LO) are responsible for initiating the sales cycle by qualifying potential clients, analyzing/determining the clients’ needs, articulating the details and benefits of available loan programs, and following up with all sales activities to ensure clients complete satisfaction.
After originating a mortgage transaction, the LO is responsible for all client communication, gathering the necessary documentation from the client, coordinating pricing and execution with the Lender, coordinating activity with Appraiser, and coordinating activity with the appropriate Title personnel to ensure that all loans originated are finished in a very timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Originate new mortgage transactions by using their own marketing strategies or using Company's leads
- Return all phone calls (client and partner) within a timely manner
- Manage the entire sales process from Application to Funding time
- Oversight and accountability for all aspects of the loan process including but not limited to: client documentation, appraisal, title report, Lender submission guidelines, and loan funding.
- Communicate loan status to the Sales Manager
- Consistent knowledge of all available loan programs and respective loan program guidelines
Requirements:
- CA DRE License
- 1+ years professional sales experience
- Proven, successful track record of exceeding a sales quota
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage necessary to obtain relevant information on loan programs
